My Process
The process I follow in my work is the Double Diamond. Being involved in the whole design process really helps me to understand users' wants and frustrations, and to find the best solution for their problem.
I am a UX designer who aspires to create engaging products that ultimately help people in their day to day life.
My previous role included digital production at Arcadia Group. Spanning 7 years, I worked directly on the delivery of digital products for Evans. I have experience in delivering customer focused projects, working closely with web development teams. My biggest achievements so far include managing mobile and desktop site relaunches, and being involved in the launch of mobile and tablet apps.
My involvement in these projects helped develop my interest in user centred design and I have recently graduated a full time immersive UX Design course where I learnt the fundamentals of User Experience Design that included working on a number of projects, gaining experience in designing for desktop and mobile websites and mobile apps as well as working with clients.
